They chose to move into a place where they don’t have a personal w/d. So THEY need to deal with it. Give it 20 minutes after the cycle is complete and if it’s still sitting there -- Move it if it is in your way. Take care to place the clothes neatly somewhere (or in their basket). And if they give you grief, tell them to take it up with the Landlord. It’s not your problem.
