Plaintiff Argument : My husband and I live in Southern California. I grew up here, and men in flip flops are not only common, but cute. He HATES them and refuses to wear them. So, if he has to go outside, or just cruise out to a casual quick bite to eat, he goes through putting these uglies on. [Please note the ripped areas on shoes]. Is it too much to ask him wear flip flops... not only are they uber handy, but they're beachy cute and I'd like looking at him in them!

I don't expect him to wear them all the time, but occasionally just to appeal to my inner beach girl.

He listens to what you might call "good" music and makes fun of me for occasionally putting on some Night Ranger in the car. Now I admit that I am old and out of date and have bad taste in pretty much everything. But is it not a man's right to play some Night Ranger without fear of verbal attacks?

Plaintiff Argument : Dude. I just reconnected with our mutual friend and hanging-out-doing-stuff buddy, whom we'll call Tom, on facebook. Yesterday I received a notice that he changed
his profile and when I went to look it up, he had changed his �interested in� section to �men�. I had always thought he was straight, and if I remember correctly he had a serious girlfriend when we last hung out. But people change, right? I think I should email him and alert him to the mistake. Or at least make fun of him.
