- Girl vs. Softball Jerk
- Case Type:
- Ethics
- Status:
- Verdict Reached
- Terms:
- nine judges
-
- Plaintiff:
- hotdogger9
- Plaintiff's Argument:
- My buddy, who shall remain nameless, was playing company softball yesterday and cranked a line drive straight into the pitcher’s hand. Now, the pitcher was a girl. She shrieked. Rather than stop and find out if she was OK, he ran to first.
Lame, right? Oh, her hand was broken.
-
- Defendant:
- Golden Glove
- Defendant's Argument:
- Broken????? She was fine. She iced it. Obviously I’m not into hitting girls, but it’s not like she fell down or anything. There was no reason I couldn’t run to first and THEN check on her. You know?
Plus she was fine. And about 14 people were checking on her already. Plus it's a sport and girls who play sports want to be treated like guys who play sports and if you hit a ball back at a dude, you're not going to stop and ask if he wants a hug to make his owie better.
Let's play ball, right?
